OM System M.Zuiko Digital ED 9-18mm F4.0-5.6 II Released

In conjunction with the release of the OM System OM-1 Mark II, the updated version of the wide-angle lens 9-18mm F4.0-5.6 is also released, designed to meet the higher optical demands of today's mirrorless cameras. The design allows it to be more compact (49mm when retracted) and lighter in weight at 154 grams.

The lens is suitable for those who need wide-angle and zoom, such as landscape photographers. The minimum focusing distance is 0.25m and the maximum image magnification is 0.11x in wide-angle mode and 0.2x in telephoto mode.

The lens will be available in March 2024, with a recommended price of 7,990 kronor including VAT.

OM System releases a new and updated version of its OM-1 camera with a second version: OM-1 Mark II. Among the new features, we find faster autofocus and a digitally adjustable graduated neutral density filter within the camera.
