Several news from Fujifilm coming in 2025: "broader range"
Fujifilm has released a new video on YouTube where they summarize 2024 and look into what is to come in 2025.
Fujifilm often makes teasers on YouTube before their events - and now in January, they want to excite our photo nerves with another teaser video about what's coming in 2025.
In a New Year's greeting from Yuji Igarashi from Fujifilm, he summarizes Fujifilm's camera year 2024 with four cameras and four lenses - and looks forward into 2025. The recording takes place in Fujifilm's design facilities, Clay Studio in Tokyo, Japan, where Igarashi shows released products from the past year - as well as two covered products.
In 2024, Fujifilm also announced the news about GFX Eterna, a medium format cinema camera, as well as a power zoom with GF mount in the focal length range of 32-90mm that has not yet been released.
Igarashi also says in the video that Fujifilm "hopes to release a wider range of products" during the coming year, something that could partly point to Fujifilm Eterna and power zoom lenses, but also updates within existing product areas.
On the wall, one can also read "Der liebe Gott steckt im Detail," a classic phrase in architecture and design where architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe coined the meaning that "God is in the details" - an idea that the small and almost insignificant details in a design are just as important as the large elements. Kamera & Bild touched on the subject in our report Join us inside the Fujifilm factory, where Fujifilm's cameras and lenses are assembled.
