Affinity Photo adds support for 32-bit HDR PNG

Affinity Photo updated to v2.4 with several improvements.

With 32-bit support for HDR PNG, Affinity Photo now supports both Mac and Windows with the ability to display HDR images, for instance in Google Chrome. The intention is also for more browsers to follow suit, something that Affinity Photo wants to be quick to support.

The program has also gained support for DWG and DXF, which allows image files to be exported to various CAD programs. New in version 2.4 is also the "States Panel" which can display different layers for different productions.

In conjunction with the release, more cameras are also added to be able to open raw formats:

  • Panasonic G9 mk2, GH6
  • Nikon Z8, Z30, Zf
  • Sony A7C 2, A7CR, A7R V, A9 III.
